Features by connector
Pick a connector to see exactly what Claude can read and write — and filter by plan tier to see which capabilities are included in Solo or unlock at Team+. Every tool is a slice of real work you can hand off in plain English and review before it lands in the system of record.
SmartAdvocate, hand-off-able to Claude
Cohesive360's first connector — Claude operating your SmartAdvocate tenant directly. 185 tools across 20 capability areas covering the entire case-management surface. 21 write tools flow through the entity DSL with 84 unit tests + destructive-PUT protection.
Time back for attorneys and staff
Catching up on a case, logging a call, drafting a status update, pulling medical-records timelines — the everyday SmartAdvocate clicks collapse into Claude prompts. Attorneys stay in the review seat; the connector does the navigation.
Your data stays in your tenant
Every API call hits your SA tenant directly with your credentials. Cohesive360 never persists SA case data; we transit each request, return the response, and discard. Encrypted-at-rest credential vault, master key in Azure Key Vault.
Human in the loop by design
Writes that touch money, statutes-of-limitation, or third-party communications all draft for review by default. Claude shows the payload it's about to POST; you confirm before it commits to SA.
Plan tiers gate capability areas, not API access scope. For pricing, see the Pricing page.

What the SmartAdvocateconnector can't do today, and why. We update this when things change.
Not in the vendor's API
Capabilities the vendor handles through admin UI or internal endpoints rather than the documented public API.
- SA reports and saved searches. Custom reports + saved-search execution stay in SA's UI. The connector reads case data; report-builder logic is firm-specific and needs careful UX before chat exposure.
- SA user / role / access-rule admin. Adding users, changing roles, editing access rules stay in SA's admin UI for safety. The connector reads the user roster but doesn't modify it.
On the roadmap
Technically possible but not yet prioritised. Email product@cohesive360.com if any of these would change your decision to roll out.
- SA-side templates + document generation. SA has document templating; the connector lists templates but doesn't yet trigger merges. Coming in a future ship.
- Email integration. Outlook/Exchange sync is SA-server-side. The connector reads incoming emails attached to cases but doesn't compose outbound — that stays in your mail client.
Safeguards built into the connector
Defensive behaviours we put in the client because the underlying systems don't.
Encrypted credential vault — your tenant only
Your SA baseUrl + username + password are AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest, master key in Azure Key Vault, AAD bound to your user ID. We never see your password in plaintext outside the brief window during a tool call.
Every API call hits YOUR tenant directly
Cohesive360 doesn't persist SA case data. Each request is transited live to your firm's SA tenant with your credentials; the response streams straight back to Claude and is discarded after.
Tenant-binding on activation
The SA JWT's host claim is captured on first successful activation and pinned on the license. Attempts to use the license against a different SA tenant return 'tenant_mismatch' and refuse.
Write-with-review on money + statutes
Settlements, disbursements, checks, lien updates, status changes, and incident-date edits all render the payload for review first. Claude never auto-commits anything money- or limitations-sensitive.
Entity DSL + sentinel tests
21 of SA's write tools flow through the entity DSL (defineEntity) with 84 unit tests — input args → expected SA body. Destructive-PUT protection codified after the 2026-04-30 injuries-summary scare.
What SmartAdvocate via Cohesive360 is not
Honest boundaries — what Claude through this connector cannot guarantee.
Cohesive360 is a facilitation channel between Claude (Anthropic) and your SmartAdvocatetenant. Claude's responses are Anthropic's output; the underlying data is the vendor's system of record. We transport requests and responses; we do not generate, review, or validate Claude's output, and we do not operate the vendor's API.
Claude can be wrong. It can misread a record, misinterpret a date, draft against the wrong matter, or summarise incorrectly. Treat every draft as a draft — review it before you accept it, particularly anything that affects a deadline, a client communication, or a matter already in motion.
The vendor can be unavailable. The API can rate-limit, return errors, or reject requests for reasons specific to your tenant configuration. When that happens, Claude will tell you — but we have no control over when or why the vendor refuses a call.
